Anna Cameron is a marriage celebrant located in Albany and the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
Living in country Western Australia her whole life, Anna has a deep appreciation for living slowly, spending time with family, celebrating special milestones in life and is grateful for every day.
As an empath, she was naturally drawn to this role and since 2017, has joined over 200 couples in love. She is equally at home with intimate elopements in the wilderness and big family and friend gatherings.
Anna creates detailed ceremonies that truly resonate with her couples, blending the story of their journey so far, with their promises for the future. For Anna, every wedding is an opportunity to craft a meaningful, unique and unforgettable ceremony.

"Becoming a marriage celebrant has enabled me to combine so many of my passions – beautiful destinations, special people and most importantly – your love story.
My dream ceremony is one where my couple and their guests are relaxed and enjoying the moment. Smiles, laughter and tears, all equally important as opportunities to reflect upon the enormity of the moment. You’re marrying your forever person. It’s a pretty big deal.
I believe your wedding should reflect you both as a couple – we’re so lucky to live in a time where there’s no right or wrong way to do things. As long as we take care of the few legal elements, the rest of the ceremony content is up to us.

WHO IS ANNA?
Anna is a country kid who feels torn between the red dirt of the north and the white sandy beaches of the south. Over the years, she has moved back and forth between the two, but while she is happy to call the South Coast home, she knows that the red dirt will forever run through her veins. Anna loves the gypsy life and is frequently plagued by wanderlust.
Anna and Ross met in 2015, with Anna serving as a bridesmaid and Ross as a groomsman. Their encounter involved Gentleman’s Jack, a dance floor, and some blue-light disco action. A week later, their date extended over four days, and they have been nearly inseparable ever since. Together, Anna and Ross are thrilled with their two little ones, Grace, born in 2017, and Clancy, born in 2019. The arrival of their children has transformed their lives, and they eagerly anticipate future family adventures—though they do appreciate a good gin along the way.
A nature enthusiast, Anna finds joy in hiking, swimming, snorkeling, SUP’ing, kayaking, fishing, and camping. She looks forward to the day when her children are old enough to join her in these activities. One of their goals is to take the kids on a “trip around Australia” before they become teenagers and too cool to hang out with their parents.
In 2016, Anna became a celebrant, a role that fulfills her on many levels. Meeting and working with wonderful couples is a highlight of her career. She frequently hears from people after ceremonies who say, "You have the best job imaginable," and Anna couldn’t agree more. She is thrilled to be doing what she loves.
